One of the great privileges of my life is to lead people on Retreat, a time of Soul rest, or filling up with incredible food, times of silence and solitude, guided movement, yoga, meditation, journaling, ritual, spiritual companioning and sharing circles. 

My vision is to create regular spaces of retreat and rest for those wanting to make a generous commitment to their friendship with God.
